At Florence by Mills, we want you to love your clean beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all returned products must be in their original, unused condition.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your unused beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
